You are not permitted to submit Wallpapers or Art that you did not create yourself, this is called ripping. Inadequate descriptions are also suggestive of ripping. In particular you have submitted others vector arts as scans.

This is your second warning and your account is now restricted. be aware that one more warning will result in a ban.

I also wish to point your attention in the direction of the MT Policy so that you may again familiarise yourself with the rules and understand what the expectations are of this community, it should also ensure that you aren't warned again.

Just because you submitted something as a scan does not mean it is a scan. You have ripped other peoples vectors and your restriction will remain. You will find vectors and wallpapers ripped on many sites however it will not be tolerated here. If you are unable to distinguish a rip as obvious as your own then you will not be aloud to make further uploads to the galleries.

If you continue to duplicate your own submissions you will have your membership restricted.
